1: Use the search facility

At the top right hand side of the screen you will find a search field and two associated buttons (see below).

Type in the name of the product you are looking for. You may need a few attempts to get it right. The search facility will identify products containing the exact phrase you have entered in either a: the product description (left hand search button) or b: the product description and the product detail (the right hand button).

You may need to experiment, searches that are too specific are unlikely to find matching products, on the other hand searches that are too general may find too many products.

2: Navigate to the product

All products are arranged in categories (or departments if you prefer). These categories may be subcategories of other categories. To find the product you are looking for it is necessary to navigate from category to category using hyperlinks in the site. The first step is to visit the main categories. These can be found by clicking one of the navigation buttons of the left hand side of the screen (see below).

This will take you to the main category. This may contain sub categories, products or both. Once you are in a department scroll down using the right hand side scroll bars. If the category contains products they will be visible along with price details and an icon to add the product to your shopping basket (see below).

If the category contains sub categories, these will be found by scrolling down to the bottom of the page (see below). Once the sub category "buttons" are clicked they sub category page will load and you will be able to repeat the process until you find the product you want.

Once you are in a sub category. If at any time you would like to go back up a level. you can use the navigation "string" that appears at the top of each sub category page (see below).

1: Add the product to your "shopping basket"

Each product that is available for purchase online contains a price, a field into which you can eneter the quantity you require and an add to cart button (see below). To add an item to your "basket" simply enter the quantity required in the quantity field and then click the "add to basket" button.

Once you have selected an item, you can change your mind at any time up until credit card details are processed. You can easily either delete a product from your basket or amend the quantity you have ordered for a particular product. As you add items to your basket a running total of your current spend will be displayed in the bottom right hand of the screen.

2: View the contents in your basket

At any time you can view the contents of your basket by clicking the "view contents" button (the button with the eye shown below)

Your shopping basket will show you the products and quantities selected (see below)

To delete an item, simply click the delete hyperlink and it will be removed from your "basket" to change an order quantity alter the quantity currently ordered and then click the "ok" button. The quantity will be amended. To see how much shipping and tax you will have to pay click the "shipping and tax button". This will display the shipping and tax page (see example below. Note shipping and tax shown are not representative).

3: To complete your order

To complete your order you will need to go to the checkout. Click the "checkout" hyperlink on the top menu. This will take you to the checkout (see below).

You will need to read the terms and conditions prior to ordering. Your order will only be accepted if you have agreed to the terms and conditions by ticking the box which says "I accept these terms and conditions". Once this has been ticked simply choose the payment method you prefer, by clicking the drop down box and then click next.

You will be taken to a form into which you can enter your contact details. Complete all fields taking care to complete them accurately and then click the next button.

If you wish to print out the order you can click the print order button at the bottom of the screen.

Clicking the next button will take you to the final stages of ordering which involve taking credit card details. This information is processed on a secure socket layers server (SSL) and then transmitted to us using PGP 128 bit encyption. That way you can be sure your credit card details are safe.
