To ensure your order arrives safely, we always use a delivery service which requires the receipt of your order to be confirmed by a signature.

Our e-commerce store automatically calculates the appropriate delivery charge for orders based upon the destination and the shipping weight of the goods ordered

Shipping Weight

Due to the need to carefully package our fragile products plus the size:weight characteristics of our products, our carriers base their charges on the 'dimensional weight' of the packaged item and so in most cases the shipping weight will be greater than the actual weight of the product itself.

Our website uses one of four regional categories to complete its calculation of the relevant delivery charge for your order, so please select the correct regional destination of your order when at the checkout.
